We work on very ambitious projects.

• 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
• Fully remote
• More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours

• Daily collaboration with a small, strong team of engineers solving complex problems

If you don't care deeply about user experience, design systems, and getting the details right, this role will not be a good fit.

• Design end-to-end product experiences: dashboards, workflows, admin tools, AI-driven interfaces
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean, intuitive UX
• Own wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Design scalable design systems and reusable components
• Think deeply about user flows, edge cases, and system constraints
• Iterate fast based on feedback, data, and real-world usage

• Figma (expert-level): components, auto-layout, variants, design systems
• Spline (required): 3D elements, motion, interactive visuals
• Strong grasp of UX principles: information architecture, usability, accessibility
• Experience designing complex web apps (not just marketing pages)

• Genuine love for UI/UX and product design
• Experience designing real, shipped products
• Strong product intuition and systems thinking
• Comfort working with engineers in fast, ambiguous environments
