We're looking for a designer who thinks in systems, not screens - someone who can take a complex enterprise workflow and turn it into an interface that feels obvious. Fluent in Figma and Spline, obsessive about edge cases, and happy to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers until the details are right in production.
