Trao.ai, ("Trao.ai," "Company," "us," or "we"), provides our platform and related services (the "Platform" and, together with our services, the "Service") subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms of Service" or the "Agreement").

Information you provide to us

We may request Personal Information such as your name, email address, organizational affiliation, or other professional information when you register for the Platform. You may also, at your discretion, provide additional information such as your job title, department, experience level, and professional development goals. In addition, as you use the Platform, the software may save your progress and record information such as when you are using the service, when you last logged into your account, or when you perform specific tasks.

We may also retain the contents of any messages you send to us or through the Platform, and we may collect information from any user content you post or upload to the Platform ("User Content").

Trao.ai may use Personal Information to operate, enhance, and personalize the Platform, for user identification and authentication, to contact and communicate with you about the Platform and your use of the Platform, and to enhance the content and functionality of the Platform.

We may also combine your Personal Information with analytics information from a third party in order to build a more complete profile of our individual users so that we can serve you better. In addition, we may use the Personal Information we collect for identification and authentication and fraud prevention, to analyse Platform usage and improve the Platform, for internal market research, problem-solving, and as otherwise described in this Policy.

We utilize your financial data solely as permitted by you in accordance with the Platform. While Trao.ai does not store your credit card information and will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all credit card and other Personal Information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal and/or financial information stored therein, and you agree to hold Trao.ai harmless from any resulting damages.

Information we may receive from and share with third parties

We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties in the present or in the future. For instance, if you access our Platform via a third-party connection or login, or if you connect an application to Trao.ai, the third party may pass Trao.ai certain information regarding your use of its service. Before linking or connecting third-party websites or services to the Platform, you should always review and, if necessary, adjust their privacy settings. Trao.ai may also share Personal Information with its third-party service providers (such as payment processors, cloud hosting partners, email service providers, and analytics providers) in order to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and other services required to operate the Platform. Our service providers are not permitted to use the Personal Information we share for marketing purposes.

Application integration

To facilitate the exchange of data between third-party applications and services, we may be required to store certain information ("App Credentials") that enables us to access these accounts on your behalf. Your App Credentials are stored in an encrypted format.

You should be aware that Trao.ai is not liable or responsible for the privacy policies or other actions of any third-party applications for which you provide us with App Credentials.

Log file information

We collect technical data such as IP address, date/time of access, user agent, browser language, time zone, HTTP headers, and screen resolution for traffic monitoring and analytics.

Other information sharing

We may be required to disclose Personal Information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, and law enforcement or governmental requests or investigations, or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights. We may also disclose Personal Information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as required by law.

We use or may use the information gathered through cookies, log files, device identifiers, and clear GIFs to: (1) remember information so you do not have to enter it again during your current visit or the next time you visit the Platform; (2) provide individualized content and information; (3) provide and assess the performance of our Platform; (4) monitor aggregate metrics including total users and engagement levels; (5) diagnose or repair technological issues; (6) facilitate efficient access to your information following login; (7) display relevant recommendations on your browser or device; (8) update the Trao.ai application on your devices automatically. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and applications. This Policy only applies to data collected by the Platform. Trao.ai neither endorses nor is responsible for the actions, websites, or applications of third parties. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service is subject to the rules and policies of that third party. We are not liable for or in control of any third parties that you grant access to your User Content.

Public forums

Our platform may offer discussion boards and community forums. Any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Platform may become accessible to the public, subject to applicable privacy settings. Contact us at support@trao.ai to request removal of your Personal Information from our discussion board or community forum. In some instances, we may be unable to completely remove your Personal Information.

Customer comments / testimonials / reviews

On occasion, we may post customer testimonials containing Personal Information on our Platform. We always obtain the customers' permission prior to publishing their names along with their testimonials.

Security of information

Trao.ai is committed to protecting the privacy of your Personally Identifiable Information. We use technologically, physically, and administratively reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information within the Platform. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials), we encrypt its transmission using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, email or other electronic transmission is never completely secure or error-free; therefore, you should be cautious about the information you send to us via these channels. Trao.ai is not responsible for any third party's functionality or security measures.

Hosting and data transfer

We are headquartered in the United States, but we may host, transfer, and process data, including Personal Information, in the United States and other countries via Trao.ai and third-party service providers. These countries may have data protection regulations that differ from those of your home country. Trao.ai protects the data we transfer with a variety of safeguards, including contractual and technical measures.

Choice

We manage and store data on behalf of our customers. You may choose not to submit any Personal Information via the Platform, in which case we may be unable to provide you with certain services.

To opt out of receiving marketing communications from Trao.ai, please use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact support@trao.ai if you are a Trao.ai customer.

Please consult the technical documentation for your mobile device or browser for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies and other tracking tools. Please be aware that disabling cookies may prevent us or our business partners from tracking activities related to the Platform and may disable a significant number of the Platform's features.

Corrections and updates to your data

Customers may update, delete, or change the Personal Information they have provided to Trao.ai by logging in to the Platform and supplying the relevant information or deleting the relevant information, as applicable. Contact us at support@trao.ai if you are not our customer and would like access to or deletion of the information we have collected. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Trao.ai has no direct relationship with the individuals or organisations ("End Users") with whom you may interact via the Platform. Any such End Users seeking access to, or wishing to correct, amend, or delete data which may be stored in the Platform should direct their inquiry to the Trao.ai customer acting as the data controller for such information.

Data retention

Trao.ai will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our customers or directly from our customers for as long as necessary to provide the Platform to our customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law. We may retain and use this Personal Information as required to comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate accounting and operational records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following the termination of a customer's subscription, we have established internal policies for the deletion of data from customer accounts.

Personal details of children

Trao.ai does not collect Personal Information from children younger than 13 years old. Please do not submit any Personal Information via our Platform if you are under 13 years of age. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to Trao.ai through our Platform, please contact us at support@trao.ai, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete this information from our databases.

Modifications to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at our sole discretion.
