We're looking for an operator who builds growth engines, not campaigns - someone who can design an outbound motion, build the pipeline, run the experiments, and own the numbers end-to-end. Comfortable with CRMs, cold outreach tooling, and enterprise sales cycles. You will work directly with the founders on strategy and execution.
